This promotion is sponsored by Beck3D Lighting Co. ("Sponsor"). This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, owners, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.

Winner Selection & Odds

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via email and/or social media direct message within 48 hours of the drawing. The winner must respond within 48 hours or an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Conditions

Prize is non-transferable. No cash or other substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $369.99

Shipping

Sponsor will cover standard shipping within the continental United States. Sponsor is not responsible for shipping delays, loss, or damage once the prize is transferred to the carrier.

Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control compromise fairness or integrity.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Beck3D Lighting Co. from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or use or misuse of the prize.
